When you create a Vizzy account, we collect your name and email address. Your password is stored in a hashed, non-reversible format — we cannot read it.
We store your account preferences such as timezone, notification settings, and display preferences so that Vizzy works the way you expect across sessions.
Images, videos, and other media files you upload to Vizzy are stored securely on our behalf by a third-party cloud storage provider. This content is only used to power your digital signage screens and is never shared or used for any other purpose.
Payments are processed by Stripe, a third-party payment processor. We do not store your credit card details — that information is handled entirely by Stripe and we only retain the references necessary to manage your subscription (such as your plan status and renewal date).

Vizzy uses cookies solely to keep you signed in and to remember your preferences. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or any third-party cookies that monitor your activity across other websites. If you disable cookies, certain features of Vizzy — such as staying logged in — will not function correctly.
We take all measures reasonably necessary to protect your data against unauthorized access, use, alteration, or destruction. Sensitive data such as third-party integration tokens are encrypted at rest. Passwords are hashed and are never stored in a readable form. Access to production systems is restricted to authorized personnel only.

Vizzy does not include any third-party advertising code on your screens or on your website visitors' devices.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account at any time from Settings. Deleting your account permanently removes all associated data, including uploaded media, screens, playlists, and billing records. This action is irreversible.
